Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AutoInbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

AutoInbox is an AI-powered email auto-reply service that:

Monitors your email inbox for incoming messages (when enabled).
Generates draft replies using artificial intelligence based on your writing style.
Sends approved replies on your behalf through your own email account.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information.
Maintaining the security of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Reviewing AI-generated drafts before approving them for sending.
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AutoInbox for:

Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal communications.
Impersonation with malicious intent.
Distributing malware, phishing, or harmful content.
Using profanity, offensive, or inappropriate language in any text input.
Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Profanity Policy: AutoInbox automatically filters and blocks foul, offensive, and inappropriate language across 12 languages (English, Filipino, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Indonesian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic). Any attempt to submit content containing profanity — including leetspeak evasion (e.g., f*ck, sh1t, @ss) — will be automatically rejected by our system.

AI-Generated Content

AutoInbox uses Google Gemini AI to generate reply drafts. Please note:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts before they are sent.
AutoInbox is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you approve and send.
The AI learns from the voice samples you provide — the quality of responses depends on the quality of your training data.

Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: Includes 10 AI replies per month at no cost.
Paid Plans: Basic (₱499/mo) and Pro (₱999/mo) offer additional features and higher limits.
Payments are processed securely through PayMongo.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AutoInbox may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance and updates.
Unexpected technical issues.
Third-party service outages (Google, PayMongo, hosting provider).

Limitation of Liability

AutoInbox is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Lost business, revenue, or opportunities due to service interruptions.
Inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive AI-generated content.
Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials.
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by disconnecting your email and contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
